Currently, it’s just me—Wilson J. Below Jr. I’ve worked in corporate America for over 20 years, with 15 years in management. In my current role, I rose from entry level to Vice President at one of the world’s largest investment firms in just five years—leveraging both corporate and civic engagement to accelerate my leadership growth and that of my team.

But titles are just one part of the story. My true passion lies in developing youth into professionals and creating pathways for the next generation of leaders. Through programs like the William Penn mentorship initiative, I witnessed firsthand how access, guidance, and belief in potential can completely change the trajectory of young lives. That experience didn’t just shape my career—it solidified my love for the people of Delaware and my dedication to building systems that ensure every young person here has the chance to rise.
